Roofers arrived early and worked until dark. Noise level was bearable but sounded as if plywood and packs of shingles were being thrown from a distance which shook the inside of the house. Care was taken to move and/or cover outside plants and surrounding areas although some tools or roof materials found their way onto the garden in front of the house. Some leaf guards will need to be reseated. Clean up was generally done well with minor additions needed. Quality of work was good.

Initially would have rated job at 4 stars - withholding 1 star bc some of the work was a bit sloppy. However, upon informing Mr. Perdomo, he sent his crew back to rectify and they did so to my satisfaction. [I feel the job supervisor should have caught the issues.] In the end, 5 stars bc I was very pleased with the job after the issues were fixed so willingly [once brought to their attention]. I hired Perdomo Roofing to install a fortified roof. The job was completed in two days, and the new roof looks great. However, I found a small leak at the plumbing vent pipe in the attic when it rained. I called their office, and they immediately sent someone out the next day to caulk around the vent pipe on the roof and fix the leak. I really appreciated their quick response.

From start to finish Perdomo Roofing did a very good job for us installing a fortified roof. I got their name from a respected engineer friend, who gave them a strong recommendation. I only got one other quote, but Perdomo’s price was basically the same. So I suspect their pricing is fair, competitive and “right in the pocket.” In our dialogue about the job they were always expert, friendly, clear and helpful. As expected, they provided names of several independent inspectors to handle fortified certification. (That was a separate fee as is standard practice.) Cleanup appears thorough with no debris (including nails!) left on site. I think they are a very solid company.

We had recently had Perdomo replace our entire metal roof on our commercial building. Pricing was very reasonable and Larry and his crew are simply great at what they do. They completed the job sooner than expected and the finished product exceeded my expectations. These guys obviously take pride in their work and paid attention to every little detail. We got a fortified roof and new gutters from Perdomo and I am extremely happy with our experience. Mr. Perdomo met with my husband to explain the process (which was extensive bc of being a fortified roof). The work began on time and was completed in 2 days. The workers tarped our pool and our garden beds to keep them nail/debris free. They also cleaned up at the end of each night. The crew came back the next morning and spend almost an hour picking up stray debris and using the magnet to find nails. Very impressed! Mr. Perdomo came out again with swatches to help us pick a gutter color. They look great! We are so happy that we chose Perdomo.

Eric Perdomo personally did the overview of my roof replacement in 2019. The job involved completely removing all the Spanish clay tiles, repairing the underlayment, adding a membrane barrier and then replacing all the Spanish tiles. The finished job was beautiful and now should last another 75 years. The most impressive aspect of their service came just last month. After 3 years, I noticed a bit of wood rot from the underfacing beadboard on my porch roof addition. Perdomo came out to assess the problem, determined it needed additional wall flashing that the carpenters had neglected to install, and them fixed the flashing, replaced the rotted wood panel and painted to match the original color; all outside of the warrantee and without any cost to me. This is truly a company that stands behind its work and is relentless in seeking complete customer satisfaction. They certainly have mine! You can’t go wrong with Perdomo.
A tornado ripped part of my apartment roof completely off. Perdomo Roofing repaired the roof in a timely manner and did a great fob!!
I interviewed three roofers to remove and reinstall my roof after Ida. I requested to meet each contractor so we could discuss the details. I did not get to meet with two contractors, they came without notice and received quotes via text message. Eric Perdomo was the only one who came to meet with us. He spent well over an hour with my wife going over the fine points of our job. Personal service seems to be lost these days but not so with Perdomo Roofing. A projected date was set and that date was met two weeks in advance. The crew arrived at 7am as well as the job supervisor and all materials needed. The crew work together well. All workmen were very polite and cleaned the site all throughout the day. I watched all of the prep work and more than pleased to see the three layers of protection around my skylights, roof jacks, valleys and flashings. We allowed Perdomo Roofing to negotiate with our insurance company. By doing this we were able to secure proper amount of dollars to get the Elite package of installation and manufacturers warranty. Neither of the other two roofing companies offered this and their quotes were within $300 of Perdomo’s quote. We haven’t had one leak since the install so I feel very confident to refer Perdomo Roofing. Everything estimated was fulfilled plus more. A +++ contractor.
Perdomo was recommended for me after Ida roof damage. They did an excellent job with a pretty great turnaround on a full roof replacement. However, it was a recent structural leak (not related) call that really impressed me. The representative came to my home, found the source, grabbed some pictures, and took the time to explain everything he saw in detail right down to the smallest issue he saw as a threat. He didn't pressure me on a fix or tell me what I need to do just offered advice on how it can be resolved. I took their advice on the spot. Great work, I would highly recommend them.
